Global superstar Shania Twain will headline the Opening Night Ceremony at the 2017 US Open to kick off the 20th anniversary celebrations of Arthur Ashe Stadium in style.
With more than 90 million albums sold worldwide, five-time GRAMMY Award winner Twain is the top-selling female country artist of all time.
Considered the reigning Queen of Country Pop, the Canadian singer-songwriter has an immediately recognizable voice and style that has captivated audiences and spanned both generations and genres.
Her performance prior to the evening session’s matches on Monday, Aug. 28, is expected to feature some of her biggest hits, as well as songs from her upcoming album entitled “NOW,” her first album since 2002, which will be released on Sept. 29.
