Venus in 3 Win´s over Goerges in Wuhan 2015. She's the ninth player in the Open Era to reach 700 career match wins

Venus Williams outslugged former Top 15 player Julia Goerges on Tuesday to not only reach the third round of the Dongfeng Motor Wuhan Open, but also score her 700th match win. 

Goerges was battle-hardened, having come through the qualies this week, but Williams was just too strong on the day, her serve especially - she held nine of her 10 service games during the match. 
 At the end of the day, Williams won 10 of the last 11 points to close the victory out, 6-4, 6-3.
