Radwanska outlasted friend and rival wozniacki, 6-3, 6-1, to finish their Asian Swing series with two wins and reach the quarterfinals of the China open 2016.
Radwanska thrice faced off against Wozniacki during the Asian Swing; the former No.1 upset the Pole en route to the toray pan pacific open title, but the 2015 bnp Paribas wta finals Singapore champion got her revenge last week at the China open.
"I don't think it happened to me ever to play someone three weeks in a row," she said in press. "Good we're playing in different tournaments next week so we can't play against each other again!
"Playing Caro is always a pleasure, always great matches. For me is also a very good challenge to play someone that solid, that consistent.
