Kristyna Pliskova took home her first WTA-level title of her career at the Tashkent Open 2016

Kristyna Pliskova halted nao Hibino's Tashkent title defense hopes with a 6-3, 2-6, 6-3 victory to claim the first WTA-level title of her career at the tashkent open 2016.

"I'm very happy to win my first ever WTA title," Pliskova said after the match. "My game was not as expected, however it's not easy to win any tournament. I will have to work harder on my game."

"I would like to give credit to my coach new coach Martin Fassate, he has brought out lot of positives. He has not changed anything in my game, but in my attitude."
