LONDON, Great Britain
Jelena Ostapenko snapped her streak of eight straight three-setters to wrap up her clash with Italy's Camila Giorgi in two, dropping just five points in the last five games to move through, 7-5, 7-5, to keep her Grand Slam streak alive at Wimbledon.
"It was tough to play against her because she's the player that kind of doesn't give you a rhythm," Ostapenko said after the match. "She's hitting every ball so hard, serving so hard. For me was tough to get my game."
