Caroline wozniacki advances to third round of the Wimbledon 2017

Caroline Wozniacki eased into the third round of Wimbledon after a comprehensive win over former semifinalist Tsvetana Pironkova, 6-3, 6-4.  

Wozniacki will take on Anett Kontaveit next as she bids for a return to the fourth round, though she’ll be eager to do one better. Wimbledon is the only Grand Slam where the Dane has failed to reach at least the quarterfinals; she’s made the round of 16 five times in her previous 11 main draw appearances.
