Thierry Van Cleemput is to simona Halep’s new coach

 It has finally been confirmed that the Belgian Thierry Van Cleemput is to be Simona Halep’s new coach.

The 50-year-old Belgian had been spotted near to the Halep player box during her fourth-round loss to Serena Williams at the Australian Open – and had also been seen in her training sessions that week.
