They say chemistry is key to any successful partnership, and the 2017 ladies open biel bienne Easter Egg Hunt certainly foreshadowed success for former No.1 Hsieh su-wei and Monica Niculescu.
The pair went head-to-head on a hunt across the city for chocolate eggs ahead of Easter Sunday - and their title win over Swiss Olympians Martina hingis and timea Bacsinszky; baskets in hand, the event gave way to friendly competition between the partners.
"If you win, you have to eat all the eggs!" Hsieh joked.
In the end, Niculescu emerged the winner by a single egg, and the Romanian was definitely down to enjoy the spoils of victory.
"The winner takes all!"
