Angelique kerber win's over petkovic into bnp Paribas open 2017

angelique kerber  made a strong start to her Indian Wells campaign, dropping just three games to power past andrea petkovic in the second round of the bnp Paribas open.
Playing her first match in the California desert after a first-round bye, Kerber had little trouble against her good friend and compatriot, sealing the 6-2, 6-1 victory in just 59 minutes.
"It was not so easy," Kerber assured in her post-match interview. "We've known each other forever, and it's always tough to play a friend on court. But I just tried to focus on my game and on my side of the court.
