Eugenie Bouchard has brought her best tennis to the Rogers cup this year; the former World No.5 avenged a Wimbledon loss to dominika cibulkova 6-2, 6-0, to book a spot in the third round.
"It feels special playing in Montréal," she said during her on-court interview. "I don't get to do it often, so it just makes me extra motivated to play in front of you guys. I love your support!"
Bouchard had to win an epic match in her first round against lucie safarova , and overcame a stomach ailment picked up during her doubles match later on Tuesday.
