Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova won her first title of the season and eighth of her career at the Generali Ladies Linz, overcoming niggling injuries and WTA Rising Star Anna-Lena Friedsam, 6-4, 6-3.
With two indoor titles in 2014 in Paris and Moscow, the 24-year-old won her 15th straight indoor match this week during the tournament's 25th anniversary - winning five matches at each event.
"I don't want to focus on the numbers because after a while you'd just go crazy, but I'm really proud to get another title, and here in Linz, it's always nice," she said in her post-match press conference.
