Maria Sharapova has been a busy girl in the Big Apple this week.


NEW YORK, NY, USA 

Maria Sharapova has been winning lots of matches around the world all year - she's No.1 on the Road To Singapore leaderboard, after all - but she's always keeping very busy off of the court as well, and her pre-US Open appearances around New York City are a perfect example. 

 Some of those appearances have been part of her business ventures, beginning with Supergoop!, the multi-functional skincare line she became co-owner of earlier this year in April. Earlier this week she headed to Sephora on Fifth Avenue to help promote the skincare line, the only prestige skincare brand out there completely dedicated to UV protection innovations and research and development. Not too far away from that one, Sharapova helped unveil her Sugarpova pop-up store at the Andaz Hotel, which is located in midtown on Fifth Avenue and 41st Street. The pop-up store will be open through the duration of the US Open - those at home can still order online at www.sugarpova.com
